WestCare Las Vegas Community Triage Center is a nonprofit behavioral health facility providing adult medically monitored and social withdrawal management in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Serving adults 18 and older, the center delivers detox, mental health support and co-occurring disorder care, while also serving as an access point into WestCare Nevada's broader continuum.
Rooted in Las Vegas since 1973, WestCare offers person centered, trauma informed care designed to meet clients wherever they are in their recovery journey.
Medically Monitored Detox
The triage center specializes in adult withdrawal management, offering both medically monitored and social detox for those beginning recovery.
Care follows ASAM criteria, with multidimensional assessment, placement by level of care and reassessment as needs change.
Treatment may incorporate medication assisted treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention.
Clients are stabilized and connected to the right next step, addressing both substance use and any underlying mental health concerns along the way.
A Full Continuum of Care
This same address houses WestCare's Community Involvement Center, offering outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services for men and women.
Gender specific groups, co-occurring treatment, Healing Families education and the Connections Fatherhood F.I.R.E. program round out a community focused model that supports clients and their loved ones.
