About TriStar Skyline Madison Campus
TriStar Skyline Madison Campus was located in Madison, Tennessee. They served adolescents and adults who needed support for a mental health struggle or are seeking treatment for a substance use disorder. The addiction treatment program helped adults and offered care through the available inpatient or outpatient treatment programs. There was also a partial hospitalization program if you needed more flexible treatment. Care offered here included individual and group counseling with a chemical dependency specialist. You would’ve also worked with your care team to develop an individualized treatment program that met your unique recovery needs. They closed in June 2024. Their services are now available at TriStar’s Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
