About Thomasville Treatment Associates
Thomasville Treatment Associates is a SAMHSA certified, CARF accredited outpatient opioid treatment program.
The clinic combines medication assisted treatment with individual and group counseling to support adults and young adults, older adults and veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals and pregnant or postpartum women in recovery from opioid dependence.
Their mission centers on pairing evidence based medication management with genuine, ongoing support so recovery is both practical and sustainable.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Opioid use disorder is the clinic's core specialty, offering methadone maintenance and buprenorphine based treatment, including options with and without naloxone.
As a SAMHSA certified opioid treatment program, they provide comprehensive substance use assessment and individualized treatment planning built around each patient's needs.
Treatment blends medication with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention counseling in both individual and group settings.
Sessions address the underlying drivers of dependence while structured follow up and continuing care support long term progress. Reviewers consistently highlight supportive staff, positive counseling relationships and caring front desk service.
Whole Person Care
Beyond medication, the clinic offers case management and discharge planning, and naloxone and overdose education.
Additional support areas include perinatal mental health and co-occurring conditions, tobacco cessation and HIV/HCV resources, health screenings, and help accessing social services and housing resources.
