Outpatient Addiction Treatment Services in Campbell

Clients who do not need residential treatment can proceed with outpatient addiction care services at the Campbelllocation. The program lasts for 12 weeks. You will meet with your therapist and case manager once every two weeks for personal therapy.
Group therapy is three hours per day, four days per week. In group therapy you will be taught and discuss topics such as the stages of disease addiction, effects of substances on your body and brain, stress management, and how to deal with anger. Clients will learn how to manage post acute withdrawals if symptoms linger.
You will also learn how to manage your relationships effectively through establishing boundaries and healthy communication. Before treatment ends you will understand relapse, how to prevent it and how to recognize the phases and warning signs.
