StayWell Health Center is a community based substance use treatment program in Waterbury, Connecticut offering outpatient addiction care alongside primary medical and dental as well as behavioral health services.

Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Disorders
Care typically begins with screening and assessment to determine the right level of support ranging from weekly outpatient counseling to more intensive outpatient services.
The OASIS program is offered in collaboration with Wellmore and is an adult outpatient opioid recovery option that includes Medication Assisted Treatment with Suboxone. Same day prescriptions are available when medically indicated.
Clients can expect counseling, psychiatric and medication evaluations, case management, and aftercare planning.
StayWell uses evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing using the Matrix Model, relapse prevention, and trauma informed counseling with support for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
