Stepping Stone offers residential treatment within Sobriety House's full continuum of care.

The program begins with a 28-day Phase 1 Intensive Residential Treatment program followed by Phase 2 Transitional Residential Treatment lasting up to four months.

Accommodating just 14 clients this Victorian house provides a quiet, home-like environment rather than an institutional one.

Treatment blends the 12-step model with approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, group-based care and individual counseling.

Residents address underlying issues while building accountability and relapse-prevention skills supported by walkable access to outside 12-step meetings at the nearby York Street Club.

Sobriety House offers outpatient options including a Traditional Outpatient Program, a 12-week Intensive Outpatient Program with 36 group sessions and individual therapy and ongoing aftercare.
