About Serenity Club of York County
Serenity Club of York County is a recovery clubhouse in Rock Hill, South Carolina that offers a welcoming meeting space for mutual-aid fellowships across the region.
The club includes Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Alateen, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Nar-Anon meetings supporting both those in recovery and the loved ones affected by addiction.
Its mission is to provide a safe haven and supportive atmosphere for anyone touched by chemical dependency, no membership required.
Recovery Rooted in Peer Support
Serenity Club's core role is hosting peer-led recovery meetings under one roof, making mutual-aid fellowships easy to access throughout the week.
The club focuses on community-based support rather than clinical treatment, giving members and visitors a consistent place to connect.
On-site meetings follow the traditional 12-step format where attendees share experiences, build accountability and work through recovery alongside peers.
Online meeting options expand access for those who cannot attend in person, helping sustain connection between gatherings.
Support for Families and Loved Ones
Beyond serving people in recovery, the club intentionally welcomes families and friends through Al-Anon, Alateen, Nar-Anon and Adult Children of Alcoholics meetings.
This family-inclusive approach recognizes that addiction affects entire households and that loved ones benefit from their own peer support community.
The clubhouse provides services with both in-person meetings and online options available throughout the week.
