About Keystone Substance Abuse Services
Keystone Substance Abuse Services is a nonprofit addiction treatment center in Rock Hill, South Carolina offering a full continuum of substance use care for adolescents and adults.
Established in 1969 the organization takes a holistic and community rooted approach that addresses addiction alongside relationships, parenting, employment, housing, and overall well-being.
Detox and Residential Treatment
Care often begins with a biopsychosocial assessment or medically monitored detox where withdrawal is supported with counseling and peer support as well as connections to AA, NA, and recovery community resources.
From there, clients may step into residential treatment or transition to outpatient levels of care. Programs blend counseling, trauma recovery, multi-family counseling, parenting skills, and recovery management.
Specialized tracks include the Journey program for young adults ages 18 to 28, adolescent services, and a women focused residential program that prioritizes pregnant women and mothers.
