About Sanford West Behavioral Health Campus
The Sanford West Behavioral Health Campus in Marne, Michigan, is CARF accredited, SAMHSA and LegitScript certified, and they are a member of the Hazelden Betty Ford Patient Care Network. They specialize in addiction to alcohol, benzos, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, meth, opioids and painkillers.The campus admissions staff will work with your insurance provider to obtain the best possible coverage available.
Residential and inpatient programs offered include a medical detox center, onsite supportive living, and an eating disorder residential program. Outpatient programs include substance use disorder treatment, co-occurring disorders integrative treatment, outpatient psychiatric treatment, and outpatient eating disorder treatment. Their alumni and family education support programs are free of charge.
Residential Treatment Programs
The residential detox program safely rids the body of alcohol and drugs while managing withdrawal symptoms, both mental and physical. Clients are monitored and cared for 24 hours per day by nurses, and the client is seen by physicians. An extended residential program is also available.
Residential treatment for addiction and co-occurring disorders includes medication assisted treatment (MAT) and medically monitored detox. This provides a structured environment by removing obstacles that could prevent recovery. Clients attend group, individual and family therapy sessions. Wellness activities and medical and psychiatric checkups are integrated into the program.
Outpatient Treatment Programs
The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is for clients who have completed residential treatment or do not need the intensive structure of residential care. Patients attend treatment programs daily and return home afterwards.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is less intensive than the PHP at 10 hours per week. The IOP is offered morning and evening to accommodate client schedules.
Their aftercare program is a continuation of care after clients complete a treatment program. This program offers guidance, relapse prevention support, and assistance with developing new skills.
