About Riverwood Group Omaha Treatment Center
Riverwood Group Omaha Treatment Center is now BayMark Health Services. The acquisition happened in 2021 and expanded BayMark's services, making it one of the largest providers of medication assisted treatment (MAT) in North America.
Their Omaha, Nebraska, location offers outpatient services through their BAART Program, a specialized program that provides opioid addiction treatment and counseling. This clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and they are part of the VA Community Care Network as well.
Methadone Medication Assisted Treatment
At the heart of their services is their MAT program which uses an FDA-approved medication called methadone. The clinic is currently working on adding buprenorphine treatment to their services as well. Guest dosing is offered at this clinic.
Along with counseling services, they have a number of personalized treatment supports that will help you through recovery. This includes coordinated treatment for pregnancy if you're expecting, case management services, relapse prevention and addiction education, and help with discharge planning so that you can continue with recovery even after you complete your treatment here.
Accessible Care
The clinic is minutes outside of downtown Omaha and is right off Interstate 80. If you're on Medicaid, transportation services are also available to you. The office can help you learn more about how to access the service.
They take walk in appointments, and you can simply show up at the clinic to begin working on a treatment plan. You'll meet with a care team that will determine how they can support you, and referrals can be made to other community agencies if you need more robust services like detox or inpatient care beforehand.
