About Crossroads Treatment Centers of New Mexico
Crossroads Treatment Centers of New Mexico, formerly Recovery Services of New Mexico, is an addiction treatment provider that focuses especially on opioid use disorders (OUD) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Along with providing monitored detox services and counseling, CTC also offers intensive counseling to help you get and stay sober, as well as build the tools needed to live a full, healthier life.
Protective Medication Assisted Treatment
Stopping opioid abuse isn’t always easy and in some cases can be dangerous to your health if you try to do it alone or stop cold turkey. CTC focuses on gently weaning you off of opioids by offering medication assisted treatment to help control withdrawal symptoms and cravings that can derail your sobriety journey.
This can be a short term way to ease your withdrawals in early recovery or it can be available for ongoing maintenance. They use Suboxone and buprenorphine here as well as Brixadi.
Transition to Counseling
While CTC doesn’t yet offer counseling, your case manager can refer you to therapeutic services to help you build a supportive network of peers and clinicians that can help you develop the necessary strategies and tools needed to prevent relapse.
CTC does plan on offering these services in the future. It will include individual, group and family counseling sessions.
Flexible Solutions to Meet Your Needs
While medication assisted treatment is the main priority at CTC, this facility can connect you with more robust treatment programs too. They have aftercare and relapse prevention programs as well for long term recovery. Also, if you need dual diagnosis support for underlying mental health disorders, CTC can provide care for that.
CTC accepts most insurance programs along with Medicare and Medicaid. However, a patient care advocate can provide more details about your financial options.
