Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Quest specializes in treating adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges through a structured 10 week intensive outpatient program. The program combines nine hours of weekly group therapy with individual sessions, plus psychiatric support and medication management as needed with medical necessity determined using ASAM criteria.
Treatment is trauma informed and evidence based, helping you uncover patterns that drive addiction and mental health symptoms while building practical coping skills. Sessions focus on dual recovery addressing underlying issues like trauma, anxiety and depression alongside substance use, so you leave with tools to sustain progress in everyday life.
Specialized Youth Programs
Quest offers tailored programming for younger populations including a skills based children's intensive outpatient for ages 8 to 12 and a youth opioid intervention program for ages 13 to 24. The youth opioid program provides immediate support after overdose or for opioid misuse incorporating harm reduction training and Narcan distribution, psychoeducation for families and warm hand offs to ongoing care.

Quest serves clients at its Reno office on Plumas Street, with 24/7 crisis support available by phone and select virtual support groups offered at no cost. As a CCBHC, Quest coordinates mental health, addiction treatment and crisis services under one integrated care model.
