About Pathway To Hope – Closed
Pathway to Hope served as a center for rehabilitation of addiction and mental health issues in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This facility had a distinct program exclusively for female patients. Treatment requirements while facilitating recovery were incorporated into the building’s architecture and treatment approaches. They were founded in 2012 but closed in 2023.
Calm in the Fort Lauderdale Current
The Pathway to Hope had some therapy programs that were not typically found in standard clinics. These amenities, like the meditation room and the yoga studio, aided in the mind-body connection. Additionally, acupuncture was available to reduce chronic pain and stress reduction.
The residential accommodations were also featured. They had private rooms to enhance quietness and solitude while keeping you. The facility also had a swimming pool and a fully stocked gym for physical health recovery.
Charting Your Course to Wellness
A big focus for Pathway to Hope was dual-diagnosis treatment. It didn’t just treat addiction, it worked on mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Other therapies offered included behavioral approaches.
For trauma patients, the facility used eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Patients that need crisis support, their "stabilization program" combined medical detox with intensive partial hospitalization care. On top of all that, they offered medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and really valuable life skills training to give clients the tools they need to stay sober and live a truly independent life.
