Anchored in evidence-based care, the organization reduces barriers to recovery through flexible scheduling, bilingual support and an open-door policy regardless of ability to pay.
Addiction Treatment Programs at Palmer Continuum of Care
Treatment begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment and individualized plan at Palmer's downtown outpatient clinic, where youth and adults receive individual, group and family counseling tailored to their needs. For women requiring a higher level of support, the Tulsa Women & Children's Center (TWCC) offers 30-120 days of residential substance use treatment in a safe, stable environment where mothers can stay with children from birth through age 12.
Clients in the women's residential program receive mental health therapy, trauma focused counseling, domestic violence support, case management and wraparound services addressing housing, health literacy and family stability. TWCC includes a 5-star, NAEYC-accredited early childhood program and school transportation, ensuring children's needs are met while mothers focus on recovery. Palmer also delivers school-based prevention and intervention programming in partnership with Tulsa-area districts, supporting at-risk youth before substance use escalates.
