The residential program provides 30 hours of treatment while living in a large beautiful home right in the community. Patients spent weekdays working with a therapist and attending life skills groups, peer recovery coaching and personal fitness training sessions. Their community integration model gives patients real life situations like going to a doctor's appointment, going to job interviews, or even having a barbecue with your peers. Staff supervision can help process the feelings and emotions that often arise during early recovery.
Therapies and Unique Services
Standard therapies will include motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), body movement therapies that include yoga and qigong, psychiatric support and relapse prevention. You’ll have healthier ways to cope with stress rather than going back to drugs or alcohol.
The more unique services include nature immersion groups, peer recovery coaching, and community integration. All these therapies provide a solid structure and foundation for long-term sobriety.
