It’s for people 18 and up with opioids as the main addiction. Painkillers or heroin count, and the use has gone on for a year or longer. That’s the group for medication-assisted treatment.

Custom plans start as low as $13 a day and include the services in the plan. Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans are accepted.
