Multicultural Wellness West is a SAPTA certified community addictions agency and behavioral health practice in Las Vegas, serving diverse and historically underserved communities.

The center provides outpatient addiction treatment and therapy for substance use, co-occurring disorders, trauma and more.

Culturally Centered Addiction Treatment

Outpatient addiction care is a core focus at Multicultural Wellness West, addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders through individual, group and family based approaches.

Medication assisted treatment is incorporated when clinically necessary, alongside evidence based and culturally sensitive care.

Treatment blends educational and clinical interventions covering the brain science of addiction, relapse prevention and anger management, triggers and coping skills.

Sessions also explore the underlying causes of substance use, helping clients build lasting tools for recovery within their own communities.

Trauma Responsive and Holistic Support

The center offers trauma focused care for clients with trauma histories, PTSD and domestic violence experiences, including a dedicated women's trauma group.

Approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic therapy, complemented by holistic practices like yoga and meditation, biofeedback and relaxation.

Specialized programming also supports youth, families and justice involved clients.

Multicultural Wellness West serves preteens, teens and adults in person at its South Jones Boulevard office and online throughout the Las Vegas area, with hours Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment.

The practice maintains provider relationships with Clark County family services, juvenile justice and the school district.
