About Mending Hearts
Mending Hearts is a women's addiction treatment center in Nashville, Tennessee offering a long term continuum of care for women living with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions and trauma.
This nonprofit program provides medically monitored detox and medication assisted treatment, residential care and recovery housing, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.
Mending Hearts is rooted in a trauma informed, community based approach that supports women in rebuilding independence regardless of their ability to pay.
Women's Recovery Programs
Care typically begins with a pre-admission screening to determine placement, with options ranging from medically monitored detox to residential treatment. From there, women may step down into a peer support community with recovery housing, partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient for continued structure and accountability.
Residential clients participate in therapy, trauma recovery groups and educational sessions, case management and 12 step meetings including AA, NA and Double Trouble in Recovery. Monthly family programming, skill building classes and re-entry support help women prepare for stable, sober living in the Nashville community.
