About The Next Door Nashville
The Next Door Recovery is a Nashville based addiction treatment program offering gender specific care for women facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Services span medically monitored detox and 28 day residential treatment and IOP, virtual IOP and MAT supported outpatient care, with an integrated approach combining evidence based therapies, 12 step recovery and faith.
Since 2004, the program has served more than 17,000 women, guided by a mission to support lifetime recovery of mind, body and spirit.
Women Focused Addiction Treatment
The Next Door specializes in gender responsive care for women navigating substance use, trauma and co-occurring mental illness. Clinical staff including nurse practitioners, physicians and pharmacists oversee 24/7 detox, while residential and outpatient programs address the underlying drivers of addiction in a safe and supportive environment.
Sessions blend cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, relapse prevention and spiritual wellness programming with complementary practices like yoga, meditation and art.
Alumni consistently highlight the caring staff, spiritual growth and sense of acceptance they found throughout treatment.
Specialized Care
A standout feature of The Next Door is its dedicated support for pregnant women, accepting clients up to 38 weeks gestation across all levels of care. The program coordinates prenatal care, transportation to OBGYN appointments and newborn care education, parenting classes and postpartum preparation to support both mother and baby.
