About Memorial Hospital of Tampa
HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital, formerly Memorial Hospital of Tampa, is a hospital based behavioral health and substance use treatment program in Tampa, Florida serving adults age 18 and older.
The program offers inpatient care, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Behavioral Health and Addiction Programs
Care may begin with inpatient treatment on a dedicated 68 bed adult unit, where psychiatric assessment, medication management and stabilization are provided.
From there, clients can step down into structured outpatient programs, with PHP available five days per week and IOP offered three days per week for four hours per day.
Clients can expect group and individual therapy, psychotherapy and recreational therapy, dietary consultation and family education.
The program supports co-occurring disorders using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and electroconvulsive therapy is available for severe or treatment resistant symptoms.
