Integrated Care for Mental Health and Addiction

With over 55 years of experience, the facility provides integrated care to help you manage physical, mental, behavioral and social aspects of your health. This comprehensive approach is designed to ensure all your needs are properly met.

Expect a full health evaluation and follow-up support to direct you to treatment services that are right for you and your needs. You may also receive support in managing any medicines you need to take, with coordinated care linking you with relevant doctors and specialists. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) may also be provided, as a proven and effective means of helping you manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings as you undergo other addiction treatment services.

The team can also support you in scheduling appointments, finding specialists and coordinating transport to get you to the care you need. You can also access community resources to connect with education, work opportunities and stable housing options.

Women’s Supportive Housing in New Jersey

Also available through Integrity House is a supportive housing program exclusively for women and their children. The program supports clients in achieving independence and gaining important life skills, all while recovering from addiction.

Residents can stay here for up to two years. During that time they can benefit from case management services, recovery support groups, mental health care and primary care services. They also receive support in transitioning over to independent housing.
