Imagine Recovery is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment center in Uptown New Orleans serving adults 18 and older.

Set in a charming Uptown cottage with stained glass doors Imagine Recovery offers an intimate stigma free space where small groups and genuine connection guide the path forward.

The program treats substance use disorders and dual diagnosis as well as primary mental health concerns including depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder and PTSD, and trauma using DBT and holistic therapy, family support, and psychiatric care.

PHP, IOP, and DBT Treatment Tracks

Imagine Recovery specializes in outpatient treatment for substance misuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. Master's level clinicians lead therapy, while three addiction medicine psychiatrists on staff provide psychiatric care and medication management.

Clients can step into a four to six week PHP high intensity outpatient day program, an eight week IOP with 12 hours of group and weekly counseling, or a 12 week DBT skills based outpatient track.

Alumni and families consistently describe the program as a safe nurturing home base that fosters confidence, sobriety, and hope.

A Continuum of Recovery Through Sober Living

Beyond clinical programming, Imagine Recovery extends care through Imagine House sober living offering deluxe communal quarters with live-in house managers and life skills training.

Residents participate in yoga and meditation, nutrition education and Sunday family dinners, and community events reinforcing long term recovery through connection and structure.
