About Green Hill Recovery
The Advaita Collective’s Green Hill location in Raleigh, North Carolina is an addiction treatment center for young men specifically. They work with most major insurance providers and are in-network with BCBS, UMR, United Healthcare, Aetna, Medcost, and Cigna.
Outpatient Treatment Programs for Young Men
The center treats young men and offers three levels of care. Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) addresses substance use and mental health disorders with fifteen hours of therapy each week for two to three months. Therapy is offered in the morning and evening so you can opt for the times that work best with your schedule.
The traditional outpatient program is for young men who have already completed the recovery process. Clients attend one to three group sessions and individual therapy sessions per week for three to six months. This program transitions a client from IOP into self-directed recovery.
Finally, the recovery management program is a long term program where you’ll meet twice per week with the recovery management team and have a therapy session once per month. This level of care enables clients to continue sobriety with support.
Experiential Therapy as an Additional Treatment Source
In addition to regular therapy the center offers experiential therapy through many avenues.
Passion Projects connect clients to individuals in the network who can cultivate motivating factors such as time in a recording studio, an art lesson, or a course on entrepreneurship. Athletic leagues and events allow a client to be competitive in an active lifestyle. Outdoor Adventures takes clients on quarterly overnight trips to go fly fishing, camping, snowboarding, and to the beach.
They also have art, culture and entertainment as well as community service or volunteering options. Meanwhile, the Recovery Community Program helps clients establish life-long relationships with groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma, and Recess Games USA.
Transitional Living to Build Your New Sober Life
The center offers a transitional living program for young men who have completed residential treatment at a different facility. The client can live in a structured environment while making work or academic choices, receiving outpatient treatment, and establishing stable lives.
