Freedom House Recovery Center's Durham Outpatient Clinic is a CARF accredited behavioral health provider offering substance use and mental health treatment in Durham County, North Carolina.
The clinic provides SAIOP and SACOT, therapy and medication assisted treatment, psychiatric evaluation and peer support for adults and adolescents navigating addiction and co-occurring conditions.

Freedom House accepts Medicaid, Medicare and TRICARE, private insurance and self pay, and offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program so cost does not stand in the way of care.
