Detox

Detox treatment centers on getting a person through withdrawal safely in the days before treatment begins.

Inpatient / residential

When a person starts inpatient care in Washington, how long the stay lasts varies with the program and the person.

Outpatient

People with mild, stable needs and steady support at home often find outpatient treatment fits their life. It works well for many in Washington.

Aftercare support

People ready for the next chapter can use outpatient sessions, peer groups, alumni contact where offered, and referrals as part of aftercare. The mix is up to what fits each person’s week.

Co-occurring disorders

Once both conditions are handled in one plan, they are treated side by side instead of one after the other in Washington.
