Sessions blend cognitive-behavioral and motivational enhancement techniques with stages-of-change work, healthy coping skills, problem-solving and life skills practice.

Clients engage in honest self-disclosure and client-driven feedback in group settings with treatment targeting both substance use patterns and the underlying issues that fuel them.
