Evolve Teen Treatment Center – Arden Oaks is an adolescent addiction and mental health treatment center in Sacramento, California specializing in residential care for teens ages 12 to 17.

What kinds of treatment are offered?
Arden Oaks provides residential treatment with a stay of 45 to 60 days and a small census of up to six clients. Weekly care includes counseling and psychiatry in addition to nursing and aftercare planning with DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing as core approaches.
Experiential therapies such as equine therapy and art therapy, yoga, hiking, and rock climbing round out the program.

The program serves teens ages 12 to 17 facing mental health and substance use, behavioral, and dual diagnosis challenges. It also supports LGBTQ+ youth and teens with high functioning autism who have a co-occurring condition.

Arden Oaks sits in an upscale Sacramento neighborhood with mature oak trees near the American River Parkway, McKinley Park, and the Crocker Art Museum. The 5,605 square foot home features a gym and gated pool, school room, and big backyard.

Evolve accepts most private insurance plans both in-network and out-of-network and offers free insurance verification. Self pay options are available but Medi-Cal and Medicaid are not accepted.
