About Community Mental Health House of Commons
Cedar Roots Recovery, formerly known as Community Mental Health House of Commons is a residential drug and alcohol rehab located in Mason, Michigan and operated by the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties.
This 40 bed program provides 24 hour and high intensity residential substance use disorder treatment for adult men age 18 and older.
With more than 50 years of experience, the program is designed to support a drug free and crime free lifestyle through integrated and individualized care.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Treatment begins with intake and assessment, followed by individualized treatment planning within a structured and 24 hour residential setting.
Length of stay is tailored to each person and may extend up to 90 days, with transition planning to guide clients toward the next level of care.
Clients can partake in both individual and group therapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, nursing support and peer recovery coaching.
Medication assisted treatment is available to manage cravings and the program also addresses mental health needs and trauma.
