About Behavioral Health Group Boise Treatment Center
Behavioral Health Group Boise Treatment Center is an outpatient facility that prioritizes addiction treatment for people struggling with opioid addiction. It is part of the larger Behavioral Health Group (BHG) which provides services across the country at multiple locations in over 20 states. BHG is the largest treatment center network in the country.
They accept a wide range of insurances but also take Medicaid and Medicare. Additional coverage options are available, and a patient care advocate can walk you through those solutions.
Outpatient Care for Opioid Addiction
The Center prioritizes helping people achieve sobriety and end their dependence on opioid drugs including prescription medications and heroin. There are two main services offered here: addiction counseling and medication assisted treatment (MAT). The primary medication recommended for this program is methadone.
However, this is a heavily monitored program which is ideal for people who need supervision. Initially, you can expect to dose at the center and, after consistent treatment and stabilization, eventually earn take-home privileges. This will also include medical screenings and assessments. More importantly, an outpatient approach means you’ll experience minimal disruption to your life and are more likely to stick with it and complete the program.
Dual Diagnosis Support
For a lot of people, addiction didn’t pop up out of nowhere. It’s often triggered by underlying mental health concerns like anxiety or depression. The team here can work with you to address those needs and help you effectively manage your mental health as a part of your sobriety and treatment journey.
