About BHG Fort Collins
BHG Fort Collins is a Behavioral Health Group outpatient addiction treatment center serving Fort Collins and the greater Northern Colorado region.
The center specializes in medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, combining FDA approved medications with counseling and support for adults, young adults and veterans, pregnant and postpartum women, LGBTQ clients and those with co-occurring conditions.
BHG's mission centers on respectful and coordinated care that treats the whole person, not just the addiction.
Medication Assisted Treatment
BHG Fort Collins offers all major FDA approved medication pathways for opioid use disorder under one roof including methadone, buprenorphine, extended release injections like Sublocade and Brixadi, and naltrexone/Vivitrol.
Care is delivered by a team of doctors and nurses, counselors and peer support staff who develop personalized treatment plans alongside medical evaluations and lab monitoring.
Treatment integrates medication with individual counseling and group counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy and case management to address the underlying drivers of substance use.
Patient testimonials consistently highlight compassionate, respectful staff and long term support that feels more like a doctor's office than an institutional setting.
Transfer Friendly Outpatient Care
BHG Fort Collins accepts walk ins and frequently offers same day or next day appointments, with some patients able to begin medication treatment the day of intake.
The center also welcomes transfers from other providers and supports patients returning to care after a pause, removing common barriers to starting or continuing treatment.
