Therapies used include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, contingency management, the 12 step process, and medication assisted therapy.
Inpatient and Outpatient Treatments with Unique Experiential Therapies
If you have tried quitting unsuccessfully because of physical or emotional problems, you can benefit from the residential program. Outpatient treatment can be an alternative if you don’t need inpatient treatment or it can be a step down after residential rehab.
The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is recommended if you have been dually diagnosed with substance use and mental health disorders. Medication assisted therapy, group therapy, nightly community meetings and nature activities make up the program. The program meetings are 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Nature therapy includes camping, horseback riding, swimming, movie days, spa days, pottery, barbeques, and cookouts. You have the option of living in a sober house if you are unable to return home to a sober environment.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) consists of group meetings 9:00 am to 12:30 pm with an evening option available. Sober fun activities include theme parks, whitewater rafting, beach days, restaurants, weekend camping trips, whale watching, escape rooms, baseball games, and bowling. You will be expected to attend community meetings such as AA/NA.
They have an alumni program here too which provides recovery and sobriety support through weekly group meetings, outings, community involvement, joining the group on Facebook, and periodic counselor check ins.
