About Atlantic Recovery Center

Atlantic Recovery Center in Davie, Florida provides substance abuse and mental health treatment. They offer residential rehab, extended care, a dual diagnosis program, an aftercare program, and an alumni program.

The center accepts most major insurance carriers including TriCare. They treat adults and teens and they can help specialized groups too like professionals, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, college students and first responders. The center serves residents of Naples and Tampa.

Seamless Detox and Residential Rehab

Residential services offer medically supported detox for those who need help with withdrawal and cravings. Treatment is more personalized with only groups of seven clients treated at a time. You will receive medical and nutritional services, intensive therapy sessions every day, support groups with your peers, and therapy with your family.

The dual diagnosis program here treats co occurring mental health disorders including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders as well as OCD, PTSD and trauma.

Unique and Creative Therapies

In addition to traditional therapy, they have recreational therapies here such as yoga, arts and crafts, music classes, and playing basketball. Riding horses and hiking are part of their wilderness therapy too.

Looking Out for You with Continued Treatment After Rehab

After residential treatment you will be referred to a partial hospitalization program. You will receive intensive treatment during the day and return home for the night. Intensive outpatient treatment will follow, with fewer hours per week but still the amount of support and therapy you need.

After you have completed treatment, you will still receive support through the alumni program here. Counseling, life coaching, and group sessions with your peers will provide encouragement to maintain sobriety. For those who are unable to return home to a sober and supportive environment, the center can refer you to a sober home.
