Ashwood Recovery is an addiction treatment center in Boise, Idaho. They admit adults, and you live at home during care. Residential treatment isn’t offered at this center.
Outpatient Care in Boise
Ashwood offers outpatient rehab, an intensive outpatient program, and partial hospitalization at the Boise office. Plan on several sessions a week for outpatient care. Partial hospitalization, care for part of the day, can be in person or hybrid.
You can come to the office or join by telehealth, so you don’t have to drive in for every session.
They don’t provide interventions, but they connect people with a professional interventionist. Smoking is limited to the areas the center sets aside for it.
Therapy Tracks at Ashwood
Ashwood has a track for mental health conditions and a second track for substance use alongside a mental health condition.
They use EMDR, a therapy for trauma, and include 12-step programming. Weekly workshops cover mindfulness, how to tolerate stress, and how to regulate emotion, so you can plan that part of the week.
They work with most insurers in the U.S., and you can pay with cash, check, a health savings account, Mastercard or Visa. The Joint Commission accredits the center, which was founded in 2008.
