Internal Family Systems Therapy
Treatment typically begins with an assessment to identify the right mix of services, which may include individual, group and family, marriage or child counseling. Clients can access regular outpatient treatment for substance use and alcohol misuse, behavioral addictions and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Clinicians use modalities such as EMDR and internal family systems, image transformation therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, along with relapse prevention, anger management and brief intervention.
