About WestBridge
WestBridge is a family founded nonprofit in Manchester, New Hampshire, offering specialized residential dual diagnosis treatment for adults living with serious mental illness and co occurring substance use disorders.
While the organization provides a full continuum that includes PHP, IOP and community based wraparound care, its flagship residential program at "The Commons" remains a central focus. WestBridge's mission is to deliver integrated, evidence based care that builds a foundation for sustained recovery and meaningful community reintegration.
Residential Dual Diagnosis Treatment at The Commons
The Commons is a 24/7 staffed residence set within a renovated historic home in downtown Manchester, serving adults 18 years and older with psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD and co occurring addiction. Care is delivered through integrated dual disorder treatment, meaning mental health and substance use are addressed simultaneously by 1 multidisciplinary team.
Clients participate in individual and group therapy, medication management, family education, wellness activities and mutual support groups, with modalities including CBT, DBT skills, ACT, mindfulness based cognitive therapy and seeking safety. Families describe the residence as spotless, comfortable and comprehensive, reflecting WestBridge's strong emphasis on family inclusion.
Your Path Through Residential Care
Insurance verification, financial consultation and clinical assessment take place prior to admission. Clients then move in to The Commons with personalized treatment planning and medical evaluation.
Residential care includes active engagement in integrated therapy, medication management and family programming. Clients also build skills through relapse prevention, WRAP and supported education or employment planning. Transition planning may include PHP, IOP, or community integration for continued support.

Beyond residential care, WestBridge offers PHP, hybrid IOP tracks and the community integration program, an assertive community treatment style model with 24/7 in home and community support. Case management, crisis intervention and family services extend across every level.
