Wellstone Cullman’s Area Mental Health center is an outpatient treatment center in Cullman, Alabama, for not only mental health but drug and alcohol addiction. When it comes to substance use disorder, they actually have two separate centers at this location. New Horizons is an outpatient rehab for adults ages 19 and older.
