Wedgwood Christian Services in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They provide residential and intensive outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health issues for adolescents and adults. The program is open to males and females from 10 to 17 years old. The service includes an introduction to the 12 Step principles, education on how substances affect physical, mental, and spiritual areas, and relapse prevention strategies. They have medication assisted treatment that’s used in conjunction with therapy. Residents attend daily group therapy sessions, have individualized coaching and mentoring, which includes goal setting, and identify addiction triggers. This program requires random drug and alcohol tests.
