True Self Recovery is a comprehensive behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment facility that is located in Rogers, Arkansas. Along with providing inpatient and outpatient SUD treatment, this organization also has a sober living home and offers extensive behavioral health services for other mental health conditions. This facility can provide detox and medication assisted treatment (MAT) as well as a range of outpatient services that are flexible to your needs.
They accept most major insurance plans and TRICARE but don’t accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Getting Sober is the First Step
Whether it’s drugs or alcohol, getting sober can be a long journey and difficult to do on your own. True Self provides detox services as well as MAT support to help you safely overcome addiction and focus on not only maintaining sobriety but healing from your dependency. The detox program is the first step, and once you’ve stabilized, your counselors and patient care advocates can begin to shift you into the counseling stage.
Inpatient and Outpatient Care
For some people, addiction is so strong that inpatient or residential treatment is the best option. This allows you to safely work through your SUD without distractions which might trigger a relapse. Meanwhile, for people with less severe addiction, various outpatient levels can help you gradually work through your addiction and develop the skill sets necessary to navigate everyday life.
Their partial hospitalization program (PHP) requires you to spend most of your daily daytime hours at the facility but then return home in the evening. If you have other obligations like work or school, the intensive outpatient program (IOP) that only meets a few days a week offers better flexibility while still giving you access to counseling. All tracts include dual diagnosis care if you have other mental health conditions to manage.
Sober Living
They also offer sober living residences. These are substance-free spaces where you can continue building your skills without temptation.
