About The Orenda Center of Wellness
The Orenda Center of Wellness is an addiction treatment center in Frederick, Maryland, providing a full continuum of substance use and co-occurring mental health care. What Addiction Treatment Programs Are Offered at Orenda?
Orenda offers women's and men's residential treatment, PHP, IOP, OP, MAT and adolescent intensive outpatient and outpatient services. PHP runs Monday through Friday for 6 hours per day and includes clinical groups, individual counseling, nursing care and psychiatric support. Additional services include outpatient mental health care and TMS for depression.
Who Can Get Help Here?
The Orenda Center of Wellness treats adults with substance use disorders and adolescents ages 12 to 17 years who need substance use or dual diagnosis care. Integrated programming is available for clients with co-occurring mental health concerns and CARF accreditation supports their adult and adolescent services.

Orenda follows an 8 month continuous care model that guides clients from residential care through step down outpatient levels and community reintegration. Residential amenities include suite style living, chef prepared meals, trauma informed yoga, therapeutic gardening and equine therapy for women.
