Crown Heights Counseling Center

Crown Heights Counseling Center is a Brooklyn-based outpatient program affiliated with The Jewish Board offering addiction treatment for adults across New York City.

Flexible Addiction Treatment

Crown Heights Counseling Center specializes in outpatient recovery services for adults age 18 and older.

As part of The Jewish Board's adult recovery network the program combines individual and group counseling with psychiatric services, relapse prevention and medication to reduce cravings.

Treatment focuses on building practical skills, preventing relapse and supporting long-term wellness in a private setting.

Sessions may also connect participants to nursing exams, referrals to medical providers and ongoing support tailored to each person's recovery goals.

Mental Health Support

The center also treats co-occurring disorders recognizing that addiction and mental health often go hand in hand.

Through The Jewish Board clients can access psychiatric care, care management and practical supports such as housing assistance referrals, appointment accompaniment and MetroCards for eligible participants.
