North Crown Heights Family Outpatient in Brooklyn, New York, is an outpatient addiction treatment facility. It’s in an urban center, but Brooklyn Children's Museum and Bower Park aren’t too far off.

Confidential individual counseling will give you the opportunity to speak to your therapist about things you do not want to discuss in group sessions. Family counseling will educate your family about substance use disorder and recovery while working to strengthen family bonds and resolve conflicts.
