Levels of care#

Partial hospitalization (PHP)

Each day builds skills and steadiness for the move to a lighter level of care.

Outpatient

If fuller programs feel like too much, outpatient care in Oregon asks less of the week. More of ordinary life happens outside of the counseling room.

Aftercare support

Aftercare support across Oregon centers on relapse prevention, giving a person steady help through the early months of recovery.

Co-occurring disorders

Treatment looks at a substance use disorder alongside depression, anxiety, trauma or PTSD, or bipolar disorder as one connected picture.

Sober living

If the jump from inpatient care to home feels too big, this housing softens the landing. It gives people time to practice independence before living fully on their own.
