Medication Assisted Treatment
The MAT program at Medford Treatment Center serves adults living with opioid use disorder including those facing polysubstance concerns or co-occurring mental health conditions.
Services include methadone and buprenorphine maintenance, naltrexone based options, naloxone prescribing and education, medically supervised withdrawal after stabilization, physical exams, lab work and drug testing all delivered by an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and certified counselors.
Clients can expect a structured outpatient experience that pairs daily or routine medication visits alongside counseling.
Evidence based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, the Matrix Model and contingency management, trauma informed counseling and 12 step facilitation support each person's recovery goals.
