South End Community Health Center (SECHC) is a substance abuse and behavioral health treatment center in Boston, Massachusetts. Their mission is to make impactful care available to all Boston's South End residents, regardless of a client's ability to pay. They serve clients of all ages. Services offered include outpatient treatment, therapy (group and individual), consultation and assessments, acupuncture, and education groups. SECHC also provides specialized therapies to address a wide range of specific mental illnesses.
