About PAATHS Program
The PAATHS Program in Boston, Massachusetts is a substance use treatment access point operated through the Boston Public Health Commission Recovery Services.
Rather than providing on-site beds PAATHS (Providing Access to Addictions Treatment, Hope and Support) offers assessments and referrals that connect clients to detox, medication-assisted treatment, and outpatient programs.

PAATHS is a recovery navigation hub that assesses each client's needs and makes referrals to outside programs including detox, CSS/TSS programs, medication-assisted treatment, and outpatient treatment.

PAATHS is located at 774 Albany Street, 1st Floor, in Boston. This site is a walk-in access point for treatment navigation rather than a residential facility with walk-in hours Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What about insurance or payment?
Eligibility for PAATHS is offered regardless of insurance status. Staff help connect clients to programs that may accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, self pay, or sliding scale assistance.
