About Sonoma County Indian Health Project Behavioral
The Sonoma County Indian Health Project helps American Indian and Alaskan Native kids, adults, and families who are impacted by drugs and alcohol. Their outpatient (OP) services include crisis intervention and referrals for all sorts of treatment and therapies. If you or your loved ones need primary care, dental work, or prefer traditional healing practices, they can do that, too! Basic necessities like clothing and food are also available, as is Narcan and harm reduction supplies. They offer internships and mentorships as well. There's also community awareness and education outreach programs to schools and youth groups. You have to make an appointment in advance, but they do have hotlines. You'll find 'em out in Santa Rosa, California.
