Shreveport Behavioral Health Clinic is a CARF accredited and state operated outpatient facility within the Northwest Louisiana Human Services District. They provide care across northwest Louisiana.
The clinic offers integrated care for substance use disorders as well as mental health conditions and dual diagnosis needs through outpatient, intensive outpatient and medication assisted treatment programs.

Integrated Addiction Treatment For All Ages
The clinic specializes in substance use and mental health disorders together and they offer CARF accredited integrated programs for adults and youth.
Clients can access general outpatient and intensive outpatient services alongside medication assisted treatment and on site pharmacy support through Genoa Healthcare.
Treatment uses evidence based approaches that can include cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and the Matrix Model.
Individual, family and group counseling sessions address underlying issues while building relapse prevention skills and lasting coping strategies.
Whole Person Support
The clinic can also connect clients to peer support, WRAP services and nursing care, crisis response and community resource coordination.
Priority is given to pregnant people and injecting drug users, and services are available for those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
After Hours Crisis Care
Located at 1310 North Hearne Avenue in Shreveport, the clinic offers in person services Monday through Friday to residents across nine northwest Louisiana parishes with an after hours crisis line available.
The clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance, TRICARE and self pay, and offers a sliding fee schedule with care available regardless of ability to pay.
