Resolutions Therapeutic Services is a Santa Monica outpatient provider specializing in addiction and mental health disorders. Resolutions takes a holistic and trauma informed approach designed to meet each client where they are and support lasting recovery.

Somatic Experiencing and Relapse Prevention

The program treats substance use disorder and PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, and dual diagnosis using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT as well as EMDR and Internal Family Systems.

Resolutions offers partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient care, and alumni support with flexible daytime and evening including Saturday scheduling.

What sets the program apart is its client therapy-heavy model where clients receive one-on-one therapeutic work every day they attend IOP rather than primarily large-group programming.

Sessions offer counseling with multiple licensed clinicians based on clinical need. Treatment draws on motivational interviewing and trauma-focused CBT, Somatic Experiencing, and relapse-prevention therapy to address both symptoms and underlying causes.

Integrative and Dual-Diagnosis Care

For clients navigating co-occurring conditions Resolutions integrates psychiatric evaluation and medication management with family therapy and services like neurofeedback and acupuncture, art therapy, nutrition counseling, and mindfulness.

A multidisciplinary team of psychologists and psychiatrists, social workers, dietitians, and coaches collaborates on each client's plan.
