About Recovery Centers Of Arkansas Little Rock
Recovery Centers of Arkansas offers a comprehensive continuum of care for the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. They have several Little Rock locations that offer different types of treatment, including the Sibley Center.
The Sibley Center is a residential treatment program for women that also has a long term sober living option. For clients living in Pulaski, Saline, Lonoke, and Prairie Counties, there are state funding options available.
Gender Specific Treatment for Women
The Sibley Center offers a residential treatment program exclusively for women in a safe, supportive environment. The emphasis is on process groups, psychotherapy, and psychoeducational groups.
The treatment team offers compassionate care in an atmosphere of respect. Treatment groups include 12 Step recovery, mental health, emotional well being and daily meditations. You’ll set goals and work toward them through education and therapy.
Clients spend time learning life skills that include physical education, mindfulness, parenting skills, anger management and social skills. Additionally, clients work on their spiritual awareness to incorporate a whole body approach to healing by addressing the body, mind and spirit. You’ll have access to recovery meetings onsite, including Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and more.
Family Education Once a Week
Every Sunday is for family education. Your friends and family can participate in educational groups with you. This helps your loved ones gain information and insight into the addiction and recovery process and learn how to provide effective support as you move through recovery.
Long Term Sober Living in Little Rock
After completing residential treatment, women can choose to participate in the sober living program. Residents must have a job while staying at the sober living facility. The cost is $125 per week, which covers everything, and you’ll attend outpatient treatment and regular AA/NA groups.
In between treatment sessions, you can check out the vibrant and walkable downtown area in the River Market District. There’s also a 17 mile paved walkway along the Arkansas River that runs through Little Rock and North Little Rock.
