Holistic Day Treatment Services
Clients engage in process groups, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, DBT-based emotion regulation, relapse prevention, Dharma Recovery and individualized case management.
Experiential offerings include equine therapy through Hope Reins Healing, hikes, pickleball and outdoor recreation among the red rocks of St. George.
